We represent clients before all levels of court in Saskatchewan, as well as the Federal Court of Canada and the Supreme Court of Canada. Our litigators regularly participate in hearings before regulatory and administrative bodies, such as the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal, Rentalsman, College of Physicians and Surgeons, and the Saskatchewan Municipal Assessment Appeals Board. We have considerable experience resolving disputes for our clients in mediation and arbitration.

Our litigation lawyers work as a team and conference weekly to review and discuss cases of interest, strategies in litigation, developing areas of the law and judicial decisions of note. We strive to manage litigation simply and effectively, keeping the client's goal in sight. Our corporate and institutional clients frequently consult with us on issues of risk management and avoiding litigation.
