Bob is a partner at Balfour Moss with over 10 years experience in criminal law.
Bob has appeared before all levels of court in Saskatchewan, and has acted as
lead counsel in many significant criminal trials in Saskatchewan. In
particular, he has succeeded in presenting "battered spouse syndrome" defences
and "defence of third parties" defences in homicide cases. Bob was instrumental
in changing the way in which juries are selected in Saskatchewan when the
accused is part of a racial minority.
Bob is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, and is a member and past
president of the Saskatchewan Trial Lawyers Association.
