Rupert has a general practice offering legal services to individual and
institutional clients in many areas of law including employment law for both
employers and employees, education law, real property law, Charter of Rights.
He is also interested in privacy law issues. Rupert has also acted as legal
advisor for boards of directors of educational, non-profit and charitable
organizations. Rupert is a certified mediator. He provides legal services in
both English and French, with over 20 years experience serving both English and
French speaking communities.
Rupert was born and raised in the Prince Albert district, Saskatchewan. He
received his Bachelor of Laws in 1979 from the University of Saskatchewan, a
B.A. from Collège St. Boniface at the University of Manitoba and a Master of
Arts degree from the University of Regina.
