Glen S. Lekach is a partner at Balfour Moss LLP. He practices in the areas of
Business, Securities and Corporate Finance, Commercial and Corporate Law. His
experience includes many significant business transactions in Saskatchewan.
Glen has been recognized by Lexpert as a leading practitioner in Saskatchewan
in securities, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate commercial law.
Glen is the author of
Incorporation and Shareholders’ Agreements Checklist,
(1996). He has also been a lecturer on Securities Law, Buying and Selling a Business,
Legal Opinions, and Shareholder Disputes for the Saskatchewan Legal Education Society.
Glen was a lecturer at the Bar Admission Course from 1994 to 2005 and also prepared
the materials used there on
Buying and Selling a Business. Glen is also a member
and past-Director (1991-1996) of the Regina Bar Association. He is a member of the
Canadian Bar Association and the Law Society of Saskatchewan.
