Glen S. Lekach is a partner at Balfour Moss who has practiced in the areas of
Business, Securities, Commercial and Corporate Law for over 17 years. His
experience includes many of the most significant business transactions in
Saskatchewan. Glen has been recognized by Lexpert as a leading practitioner in
Saskatchewan in securities, mergers and acquisitions, and project finance.
Glen is the author of
Incorporation and Shareholders’ Agreements Checklist,
(1996). He has also been a Lecturer on Securities Law for the Saskatchewan
Legal Education Society. Glen is the Head of the Commercial Law Section, Bar
Admission Course since 1994 where he has and continues to lecture on Buying and
Selling a Business. Glen is also a member and past-Director (1991-1996) of the
Regina Bar Association. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the
Law Society of Saskatchewan.
