Jeff N. Grubb is a partner in Balfour Moss LLP with a Civil Litigation (emphasis on
Commercial Litigation) practice. Jeff’s primary experience is in the areas of Commercial
Litigation, Agricultural Law, Insurance Litigation, Employment and Labour, Property
Assessment and Municipal matters. Jeff received his Queen's Counsel designation in 2000
and in 2002 was appointed as a coroner to preside over inquest hearings in Saskatchewan.
Jeff is the author of a Saskatchewan Foreclosure Procedure Manual. He is a
presenter for the Saskatchewan Legal Education Society Inc. on the following
topics:
Practice Points for Commercial Litigators in the Mediation Process
and
Pre-Trial Conference Practice
Jeff is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Saskatchewan
Opportunities Corporation (Crown corporation) and past Vice-Chair of the Regina
Research Park Advisory Board.
Jeff continues to be an active member of the Canadian Bar Association, and has
served as the Treasurer, Vice-President and President of Saskatchewan Branch, as
well as a member of the CBA's national Board of Directors. Jeff is also a past President of the Saskatchewan New Democratic Party. Jeff is a member
of the Regina Bar Association and the Law Society of Saskatchewan and operates a family farm near Balcarres.
