Kathleen A. Peterson is a partner at Balfour Moss with a civil litigation
practice. Kathleen practices primarily in the areas of family law and
debtor-creditor law. Kathleen has appeared before the municipal court,
Provincial Court of Saskatchewan, Court of Queen's Bench and Court of Appeal.
Kathleen is a founding member of Collaborative Lawyers of Saskatchewan, and is
also a member of the Canadian Bar Association and Law Society of Saskatchewan.
Kathleen is an active member of the community having served as a volunteer and
a leader in many community and charitable organizations, including the Regina
Transition Women's Society, the selection committee for the YWCA Women of
Distinction awards, Opening Ceremonies Committee for Grey Cup 2003 and the newly
established Free Legal Clinic in Regina. She previously served on the Board
of Directors of Sasktel and was the chair of the Governance Committee.
