Lindsay Ferguson joined Balfour Moss LLP as a lawyer in 2004, following her articles
of clerkship with the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal. Lindsay practices primarily in
the area of civil litigation and has appeared before the Court of Queen's Bench for
Saskatchewan and the Court of Appeal for Saskatchewan.
Lindsay volunteers for the YWCA Big Sisters of Regina and sits on the Saskatchewan
Trial Lawyers Association Board of Governors. Lindsay is a member of the Canadian
Bar Association, the Regina Bar Association and the Saskatchewan Young Professionals
and Entrepreneurs (SYPE).
