Reginald A. Watson, Q.C. is a partner at Balfour Moss LLP and he has over 29 years experience in civil litigation. Reg's current practice is in areas of law that raise issues related to negligence, health, class actions, consumer protection, patient rights, insurance, no fault insurance and medical malpractice.

Reg represents a number of Regional Health Authorities in Southern Saskatchewan.

Reg regularly appears as counsel before the Saskatchewan Court of Queen's Bench and the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal. He has conducted several civil jury trials. Reg enjoys cross-examining expert witnesses and he uses a variety of demonstrative evidence techniques.

Reg is a Bencher of the Law Society of Saskatchewan and he is a member of a number of associations including the Saskatchewan Trial Lawyers Association (Past-President), the American Association for Justice, the Defence Research Institute and the Canadian Bar Association.

Reg has lectured extensively throughout the province in areas related to trial practice and health law.
