Roger J.F. Lepage is a partner at Balfour Moss LLP with a general litigation
practice. Roger’s experience is primarily in the areas of Administrative;
Labour and Employment; Human Rights; Family; Criminal; and Health law. Roger is
bilingual, with over 27 years experience serving both the English and French
speaking communities.
Roger has appeared as counsel on many leading cases before every level of
court in Saskatchewan, as well as the Federal Court (Trial Division and Appeal)
and the Supreme Court of Canada. Roger has also represented clients before
administrative tribunals and arbitration boards. In addition, Roger sits as a
member of the Saskatchewan Human Rights Tribunal and conducts labour arbitrations
and discipline hearings.
Roger has written and spoken extensively in his areas of expertise, including
the regulation of nursing and French language rights. Roger is an active and
committed member of his community and has actively participated in a number of
organizations, including the National Federation of French Speaking Common Law
Jurists, Canadian Bar Association, Conseil scolaire fransaskois de Regina,
Saskatchewan Trial Lawyers Association, and the Zoning Appeals Board for the
City of Regina.
