Rick M. Van Beselaere is a partner at Balfour Moss with over 20 years experience in the areas of Banking, Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Corporate/Commercial and Business Law. Rick is one of Saskatchewan's most experienced counsel in the area of restructuring under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act.

Rick is a member of the Law Society of Saskatchewan, Regina and Canadian Bar Associations. He has served as the Vice President and Treasurer of the Law Society of Saskatchewan as well as Chair of the Business Law Section, Southern Saskatchewan of the Canadian Bar Assocation.
