Rick M. Van Beselaere is a partner at Balfour Moss with over 25 years experience. His areas of specialization are Banking, Insolvency and
Bankruptcy and Restructuring, Corporate/Commercial, Business Law and Environmental Law. Rick is one of Saskatchewan's most experienced
counsel in the area of restructuring under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act. Rick also has extensive experience in areas of
environmental law, including contracts relating to offset generation, aggregating and trading and regulatory compliance.
Rick is a member of the Law Society of Saskatchewan, Regina and Canadian Bar
Associations. He has served as the Vice President and Treasurer of the Law Society of
Saskatchewan as well as Chair of the Business Law Section, Southern
Saskatchewan of the Canadian Bar Assocation.
